Chicken Baked Rice 2
Refer to the previous post. Added more cheese for my hub. Aww... just look at how nice the browned part of the cheese turned out to be... 'Cheesy'... :o~~~
I am a food lover who sometimes wish I am not. Imagine having to resist food temptations to maintain an acceptable weight and figure in a society where slim is the way to be. >_<

yummy yummy... FoodLover, what type of cheese do you use? I always wanted to do a cheesy dish, but have no idea what cheese to pick. Care to tell?
Yummy indeed, Saoirse! kekek I used Mozzarella cheese. It's very suitable to be used on baked rice like this. :) Chewyy... :)~~~
